Please read these terms carefully before using our services

By accessing or using Sandhya Pan India, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Sandhya Pan India ("we", "us", "our") operates the website and provides PAN card related services to Indian citizens. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform and services.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Sandhya Pan India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Our Services

Sandhya Pan India provides the following PAN card facilitation services:

  • PAN number search using Aadhaar number
  • e-PAN PDF download and delivery via email/WhatsApp
  • New PAN card application assistance
  • PAN card correction (name, DOB, address, photo, signature)
  • Reprint of lost or damaged PAN card
  • Minor to Major PAN card update
  • PAN application status tracking
  • API services for businesses

Sandhya Pan India is a facilitation platform — not a government body. We assist citizens in accessing PAN services. Official PAN cards are issued by the Income Tax Department / UTI / NSDL.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be a citizen or resident of India
  • Be at least 18 years of age (or have guardian consent for minor PAN)
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during the application process
  • Have a valid mobile number and email address
  • Possess a valid Aadhaar number linked to your PAN (for search/download services)

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user who provides false information, misuses the platform, or violates these terms.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Sandhya Pan India, you are solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information
  • Ensuring your Aadhaar and PAN details are correctly entered
  • Keeping your order reference number and payment receipts safe
  • Not sharing your personal documents or login credentials with third parties
  • Using our services only for lawful personal purposes

Any loss or inconvenience arising from incorrect information provided by you shall be your sole responsibility. Sandhya Pan India will not be liable for failed service delivery due to user error.

5. Payment & Fees

All service fees are displayed clearly before payment. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

  • Fees are non-transferable and apply only to the specific service ordered
  • We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets
  • Service charges are separate from any government fees that may apply
  • In case of payment failure, do not retry until you confirm the transaction status
  • Duplicate payments will be refunded within 5–7 working days

All transactions on Sandhya Pan India are encrypted with 256-bit SSL. We do not store your card or banking details.

6. Service Delivery

We aim to deliver e-PAN PDFs within 30 minutes of successful payment in most cases. However, delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Government server downtime or maintenance
  • Incorrect Aadhaar/PAN details submitted by the user
  • OTP verification delays or failures
  • High service demand during peak hours
  • Technical issues beyond our control

In cases where delivery is delayed beyond 24 hours, you may contact our support team. If the PAN is not found or cannot be delivered, a full refund will be issued as per our Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Using our platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes
  • Submitting false Aadhaar or PAN information
  • Attempting to access another person's PAN data without authorization
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or hacking our systems
  • Reselling our services without written authorization
  • Using automated bots or scripts to access our platform
  • Uploading malicious files or attempting to compromise our security

Violation of these rules may result in immediate service termination, blacklisting, and legal action as per Indian law including the IT Act, 2000.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, design, text, code, graphics, and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sandhya Pan India and is protected under Indian copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from this platform without our express written permission. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.

9. Disclaimer

Sandhya Pan India is an independent facilitation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a part of the Income Tax Department, NSDL, UTI Infrastructure Technology, or any other government body.

We provide assistance services only. The actual PAN card, e-PAN PDF, and related documents are issued by the respective government authorities. We cannot guarantee outcomes that depend entirely on government systems or data availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandhya Pan India shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use
  • Data loss due to government server failures or third-party issues
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • Financial losses resulting from incorrect user-submitted data

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if a user:

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions
  • Engages in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Provides false information repeatedly
  • Attempts to misuse or abuse our services or staff

Upon termination, any pending service requests may be cancelled and refunds will be processed as applicable under our Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

These terms are subject to the Information Technology Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, and other applicable Indian laws.
